The AIT Pre-Purchase Building Inspector course seriously changed things for me. The real value kicked in after I finished, because the training gives you immediate real-world readiness to jump straight into successful inspections. They nail the AS4349.1 compliance and best practice stuff, which made getting my Professional Indemnity insurance super easy and gave me instant credibility. The best part is the course structure If you're serious about starting or growing an inspection business, this course is a great step to give you all the skills and more importantly, the confidence you'll need. Highly recommend it!

Did my pest control licence with AIT, best part of it was they give you plenty of time to complete it and of course the help from Chris when ever I was stuck, took me 4 months to complete the course and that was literally a couple hours here and there. The online course is pretty easy to follow even if you dont have much computer skills.
